Return and Refund Policy

At Pawtastic Bandanas, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase.

Eligible Returns

• Returns for ready-made, non-custom items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Email pawtasticbandanas@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before mailing your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size:

• Custom or personalized items

• Clearance or sale items

• Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, pet hair, or damage after delivery

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us as outlined below.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, email pawtasticbandanas@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges for eligible items are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email pawtasticbandanas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Pawtastic Bandanas will cover shipping costs associated with correcting a damaged or incorrect order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
